Pitino in the other hand is claiming that the sex between the two was consensual and is accusing Karen of extortion.
However, the Louisville basketball coach faces in the police report much different allegations from Sypher; following Porcini Karen reportedly claims Pitino raped here, and then on another encounter raped again.
Police say that Pitino is not being charged. Pitino issued the following statement to the paper this week:
“[Rick will] continue to work though this matter privately with his family.”
Sypher alreeady faces charges of demanding Pitino to pay for children’s college tuition, her home paid off, and $10 million.
